This tutorial was written by myself on July 12, 2013.   Any similarities to another tutorial are purely coincidental.   Please do not claim as your own.  This tutorial writer assumes you have a working knowledge of using Paint Shop Pro.

This tutorial was done in Paint Shop ProX4, but can be adapted to use in other 

Paint Shop Pro versions.

Abbreviations used:

ds - drop shadow (usually drop shadow of choice, unless otherwise indicated)

c/p - copy/cut and paste

Ready?  Ok, let's begin!  :)  And, please, do not forget to save as you go!

We are going to work from the bottom up.

Open a new image:  500 x 240

Open paper 6, copy, resize and adjust as above. 

Open tube, c/p into image, move to the right side and flip horizontal and resize as you wish. Duplicate and hide duplicate; refer to my image for placement.  Add ds, luminance legacy, with opacity of 67.

Activate the duplicate layer.  Plug in funhouse cirquelate with cirquels at 20.

Open tube, copy full body, resize and move as in my image. Add ds of choice, and duplicate (hide the duplicate for now).

Open element 54 c/p and resize as in my image. **no drop shadow***

Activate the duplicate of the full body, erase every other thick black line from element 54.

Open element 15, add ds

Open tube again, c/p and resize. refer to my image for placement and add ds.

Open element 36, c/p and resize, add ds. duplicate for a total of 6. refer to my image for placement.

Open element 81, c/p and resize to fit the left half of the image. duplicate and move over the right half of the image.

Open element 96, c/p and resize to fit. refer to my image for placement. 

Open element 59, c/p and resize, add ds, duplicate for 3 copies total, refer to my image for placement.

Open element 93, c/p and resize, add ds. refer to my image for placement.

Open elements 62 and 73, c/p and resize, add ds. refer to my image for placement.

Add borders: all at 5, color is #000000

Repeat with color: #333333

Repeat one more time with color: #c2c2c3 

take your magic wand, activate the first border, add noise, random at 30.

With your magic wand, activate the second border, add noise, random at 35.

Finally, activate the third border, add noise, random 25.

Add your copyright information.  (I also used Gradiant Glow) Also, add your name to the tag; I used font Tamarind and also gradient glow.

That is it!  You are done!  Dont forget to save!
